Check this out, the only reason I am looking into this is the cost of OEM parts.....maybe a Lifan motor would be a good swap

Well, changing from a 2 strokes to a 4 strokes engine is possible. I saw some RV 90's modificated like this.
If I can find out some pics.. but a well known orange/white one has a lifan engine.
But check the amount of work, modifications it needs. It's like, huge !

I'd like a put a 140cc 4 strikes in my custom RV90 project.. but come on, dunno if it's really.. human to do it. I mean, if you know a lot in mecanic, and if you have an engine you can look at, so maybe you could do it.
But if you're like me, a newbee in mecanic, just working on the cosmetic at start.. :)

I'm currently swapping a Honda CT90 motor into an RV90.

I'm documenting it here: http://www.2strokeworld.com/rvwiki/index.php?title=RV/CT90_Build_Log

I'm going to update it soon with some more progress.
